Each year, the Talent Award shines a spotlight on emerging talents from the region. Student teams from educational institutions like SintLucas, Fontys University of Applied Sciences, and TU Eindhoven participate in the Awards for a chance to win a prestigious prize—and you can vote for the audience favorite.
In the GLOW Academy, these student teams work on their projects throughout the year, guided by mentors and light artists. GLOW is the moment for them to showcase their work to a large audience. Cast your vote, too! Your vote makes a difference and opens the door to new creative innovations.
Audience Award
As a visitor, you can vote for one of the seven student teams. Explore each project and choose your favorite. The team with the most votes stands a chance to win €1,500 to further develop their project and bring their idea to life.
Jury Award
An expert panel will evaluate the nominated projects based on GLOW’s core values: accessibility, innovation, connection, and the “wow” factor. The winning team will receive an incentive prize of €2,500 for further development at GLOW 2025.

The ASML Student Fund gives student teams the opportunity to apply for a grant to partially finance their projects. Through this initiative, ASML encourages young people to develop their talent, creativity, and innovation in alignment with the festival experience of GLOW Eindhoven.
