Volunteers

Are you at GLOW every year and would you like to be part of the festival yourself this time? We could really use your help! From 7 to 14 November 2026, we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us create a great and memorable experience for all visitors.

What will you do?

As a crew member, you are the face of GLOW. Together with a small team, you will be responsible for an area or artwork. You will help ensure that everything runs smoothly, welcome visitors and be able to tell them all about GLOW and the artwork you are working with. You will receive all the information you need in advance.

This year, you may even find yourself working with your team at Philips Stadion, which will be part of the GLOW route. Visitors with a ticket can experience The Breathing Collective by TWOFIFTYK here: a unique drone and light artwork presented several times each evening.

What do we offer?

• A volunteer allowance of €5 per hour

Working hours

It’s no problem if you’re not available every evening. However, we would prefer volunteers who are able to help out on as many evenings as possible.

• Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November: 18:00–00:00
• Monday 9 to Thursday 12 November: 18:00–23:30
• Friday 13 and Saturday 14 November: 18:00–00:00
• Shifts at the Philips Stadium start at 17:30 instead of 18:00.

Are we looking for you?

We are looking for friendly, independent volunteers aged 18 and over, with an interest in art and/or technology, and of course, a passion for GLOW.
