Discover GLOW with a guide
Free guided tours with ASML
The tours are available in Dutch, English and Dutch Sign Language (see separate link) and depart daily at 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM from the ASML Hub at Wilhelminaplein. The tour lasts approximately 1.5 hours and groups are limited to 15 participants per group.
Before the tour, you are welcome at the reception area, where you’ll be introduced to your guide and can enjoy a snack and a drink.
Demand is high, so places are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is required through ASML’s online registration system and participation is exclusively for individuals.

Book a private guide for €295 excl. VAT, for a maximum of 15 people per guide.
- Private tours can start between 6:30 pm and 8:30 pm and are available every day
- Duration: maximum 2 hours
- Starting point: anywhere along the GLOW route

Culinary group packages
Group packages at the Philips Stadium
All packages are available from 8 to 14 November, can be booked for groups of 25 people or more, include service and exclude VAT.
Options:
- Drinks reception – €34.50 per person (2 hours)
- Walking dinner – €74.50 per person (2.5 hours)
- Three-course dinner – €89.50 per person (3 hours)
