The breathing collective

Tickets are available online via tickets.gloweindhoven.nl.
There are no ticket booths at the stadium, so tickets can only be purchased online.
We recommend purchasing your tickets in advance, as the number of available seats in the stadium is limited.

Haven’t received your tickets? Follow these steps:

• Please be patient. If our server is busy, it may take a little longer to receive the confirmation email with your tickets.
• Check your spam folder. Our emails sometimes end up there.
• Check your payment. Make sure the amount for your tickets has been debited from your bank account. The payment will appear under the name GLOW Eindhoven via CURO. If you don’t see a debit, the payment may not have gone through and your order may not have been completed.
• Can’t find the email? Try resending your tickets to yourself via this link.
• Still haven’t received your tickets? Please email tickets@gloweindhoven.nl with the date and time of your visit, the number of tickets ordered, and the email address you used to place your order. We’ll be happy to look into it for you!

During GLOW, from 7 to 14 November, The Breathing Collective can be experienced at least four times each evening, at 6.30 pm, 7.15 pm, 8.00 pm, and 8.45 pm. You need a ticket for your chosen time slot. If demand is high, additional stands and/or performances may be added. Keep an eye on the ticket shop for updates.

A performance lasts approximately 15 minutes.

You can check in with your ticket from 30 minutes before your chosen time slot. You may need to wait briefly in the stadium’s concourse until visitors from the previous performance have left before you can take a seat.

Yes. You can reschedule your ticket to another day or time slot free of charge, up to 24 hours before your show, subject to availability. Use the link in your confirmation email to make the change.

Please note: If you purchase multiple tickets in a single transaction and wish to reschedule, you will need to reschedule all tickets together. It is not possible to reschedule individual tickets separately.

• A performance may be cancelled if weather conditions do not allow the drones to take off and fly safely. This may be due to strong winds, heavy rain or other unfavourable weather conditions.
• The decision to cancel a performance is made on the day of the show. This may be as early as the afternoon, but in some cases, the decision may only be made shortly before the performance is due to start.
• We do everything we can to ensure the performance goes ahead, for example by delaying the start time.

Does the performance still have to be cancelled?

• We will inform you by email as soon as possible. You will receive a link that allows you to rebook your tickets for another available time slot, even at the last minute. Tickets are non-refundable, and the purchase amount will not be refunded.
• Our crew members and the screens inside the stadium will also provide updates about any delays or cancellations.

Please keep a close eye on your inbox and spam folder on the day of your visit.

Unfortunately, tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded, even if your show is cancelled. You can, however, reschedule your ticket to another available time slot.

Your ticket indicates which entrance to use to enter the Philips Stadium.

• Does your ticket say ‘ZUID’? Use entrance 10.
• Does your ticket say ‘OOST’? Use entrance 35.
• Are you visiting with a wheelchair, rollator or stroller? Please use entrance 36, so you won’t have to climb any stairs.

View the map of the Philips Stadium here.

Yes, special wheelchair tickets are available in our ticket shop. You can purchase a ticket for yourself and one accompanying person. With this ticket, you will be assigned a space in the wheelchair area.
Please note: there are no seats for accompanying persons in the wheelchair area. Your companion can sit in the first row of the grandstand.

Important: Please use entrance 36.

Do you have a rollator or a stroller?
We recommend purchasing a regular ticket and using entrance 36, so you won’t have to climb any stairs.
Upon arrival, please ask a member of our crew where you can safely leave your rollator or stroller.

No, large backpacks are not permitted. Handbags, backpacks, shoulder bags and fanny packs are allowed up to a maximum size of A4 and approximately 10 cm thick. We reserve the right to refuse entry if your bag does not meet these requirements.

Tip: You can store your backpack in a locker at Mathildelaan 2A or at Eindhoven Central Station.

Children up to and including 3 years old can enter for free when accompanied by a parent. If the performance is fully booked, the child will need to sit on the parent’s lap.

Please note that a stroller may be less practical due to the stairs and limited space available for parking strollers. If you do bring a stroller, you must enter the stadium via Entrance 35.

No, dogs are not allowed inside the Philips Stadium during The Breathing Collective.

If you are sensitive to flashing lights or have photosensitive epilepsy, we recommend that you do not visit this light artwork. The performance includes regular flashing lights, bright flashes and changing colour patterns. These can trigger an epileptic seizure in people who are sensitive to them.
