The Colour Refinery

In the heart of Veldhoven-Dorp, where the route follows the gentle flow of the Gender stream and time seems to stand still, the presbytery awakens from its black-and-white winter slumber. What appears at first to be a static monument turns out to be a mysterious machine: Monika Kimenai’s Veldhoven Colour Refinery. As the moon rises, the machine begins to draw hidden energy from the Brabant soil, absorbing it as liquid light. It harvests the deep greens of the forests and the warmth and hospitality of the south. Through a network of rumbling gears and graphic pipelines, this raw energy is refined into a magical elixir. It is pure alchemy: a place where cold technology transforms into heartwarming emotion. As the machine reaches boiling point, the grey winter bursts open in an unstoppable explosion of colour. Unicorns and rainbows dance across the brick façade, bringing a joyful, colourful spring to life. This is the future of Veldhoven, where every day we produce something truly special: a generous dose of hope and an endless supply of optimism!
