A.R.T

A.R.T.

In our daily lives, we are confronted with an ever-growing flow of stimuli fighting to get our attention. Our brains get little rest and we lose the ability to focus our attention and deeply engage in an experience. Even during GLOW events the danger of over-stimulation is very much present. Fortunately, science can help! Attention Restoration Theory (A.R.T), devised by Stephen and Rachel Kaplan, suggests that specific natural patterns allow us to relax and recharge for new demanding activities.

We were inspired by A.R.T. to create a space in which to rewind again, rather than add more stimuli. Patterns that emerge from the natural movements of trees are recorded and translated live into modulations of light and sound.

Lose yourself in this free and relaxing atmosphere and experience the refreshing recovery and recharge at the end of the walk.
