GLOW seeks dancers

Do you love dancing and are you from the Eindhoven area? Would you like to be part of a unique light artwork that will surprise the city this year? Then this is your chance!

This year, the GLOW route will transform into a grand stage for dance. The moving project, The Light Parade, promises to deliver a magical experience for visitors. Two groups of dancers, each dressed up in innovative light-up costumes, will perform flashmobs along the route, enhancing the festival atmosphere. The choreography will be crafted and directed by Annelies Vriends & her team, who will support you as a dancer to bring out the best in yourself. The dance is primarily modern/jazz, but who knows—you might add your own flair or dance style!

What we are looking for:

• Dancers of all levels: Preferably some experience, or at least a good sense of rhythm.
• At least 16 years old, unless you believe you’re capable of handling the tasks at a younger age.
• Availability on as many evenings as possible during GLOW from 9th to 16th November, with performances between 6:30 PM and 11:00 PM, excluding dressing time before and after.
• Availability for 3 or  4 rehearsal evenings.
• Participation is voluntary.

• Tuesday, October 22 | 19:00 – 21:00
• Monday, October 28 | 19:00 – 21:00
• Thursday, October 31 | 19:00 – 21:00
• Tuesday, November 5 (tentative) | 19:00 – 21:00
• Thursday, November 7 | 19:00 – 21:00
• Friday, November 8 (tentative) | 19:00 – 21:00
