With “Quantum Waves,” the Delta student team from Fontys ICT refers to the principle of quantum entanglement. In this phenomenon, two tiny particles -atoms- form a unique connection. They continue to share each other’s properties, even when they are far apart. The heartwarming message: we can always connect with one another, regardless of time, background, or distance.

The lightning-fast computing power of a quantum computer captures the imagination. Just wait until you’re right in the middle of it! That’s exactly what will happen during GLOW 2026. This student team invites you to step through the gates surrounding the installation and become part of it. Your colors and shapes will transform into luminous atoms that travel straight into a larger whole. And it gets even better: Quantum Waves also connects you, as a visitor, with those who came before you and those who will follow. Together, your colors and shapes create new atoms that then -whoosh- fly away. If that isn’t a connection, what is?

GLOW Talent Award

These students created their work over the past year at the GLOW Academy: the place where young talent gets the chance to turn creative ideas into reality. All students are participating in the GLOW Talent Award. In this competition, student teams compete for the coveted audience award and jury award.
